With this view ICICI Bank and National Institute of Securities Markets [NISM] have come together to equip domain experts with banking knowledge and skills and transform them into business leaders. This one year programme, aimed at experienced professionals and is designed to create a pool of talent at managerial level. Eligibility Criteria : Age - Applicants should not exceed 30 years of age (as on 15th June, 2011). Educational Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline (minimum 60% in graduation). 12th and 10th - (minimum of 60%) [Additional - Should have studied Mathematics at the Intermediate level]. Working professionals who are CAs / Engineers / Graduates in any discipline(s). Work Experience - Minimum of 3 years (Full time experience). Professional Experience - Preferable work experience in corporate finance, treasury or investment verticals in organisations. Program Structure : The duration of the programme is for one year. The unique design of the programme focuses on providing a high degree of industry exposure, by academic and functional experts, from the BFSI sector. Hands-on experience through internship at ICICI Bank. Earn while you learn- Selected applicants will earn a monthly stipend of  10,000 while on campus and  50,000 permonth at ICICI Bank during internship. Placement Guarantee: On successful completion of the course students will be placed at Managerial level at ICICI Bank. Starting remuneration on Cost to Company basis for students will be in the range of  12.5 lacs and above [per annum]. Commencement of Programme - August 2011.
